Nice

Way better than competing snack boxes. Tried Munch Addict and was severely disappointed. Even the mini crate is a great experience, and I would highly recommend subscribing so you have something to look forward to every month.

My family loves our snack boxes every month. Each night we pick an item or 2 and take turns trying the treats.

Its beyond cool

Its beyond cool. After doing a considerable amount of travelling and I obviously can't the past year but receiving a different box of candy from a different country each month keeps me happy.

It will not let me select any other…

It will not let me select any other place besides Hawaii, England, Canada, and Mystery. I ordered once and got fed up with it so I just went with England, but it still will not let me select any other country, does anyone know why?

Ordered a Japan's snackcrate from Quebec

Ordered a Japan's snackcrate for Christmas for my wife to try. Took about almost a month to come by but everything was intact and delicious. The customer service was always present to answer my worries. Ordered from Quebec

I really enjoyed my snack crate

I really enjoyed my snack crate. However, I wish I would of gotten somewhere other then Hawaii. Nothing wrong with it it was enjoyable but everything was coconut or something similar. And I am not a coconut fan.

We've had our third crate show up

We've had our third crate show up. After experiencing Route 55 and Hawaii, having this one come from India was a special treat. Though it wasn't our favourite one, it certainly made us enjoy it by comparing it to more local flavours. "It's like lifesavers" or "this one tastes just like Fudgeeos". So it was cool finding similarities at the same time realizing even their savoury snacks (and sodas) can be spicy. Looking forward to the next crate!

I signed up in September

I signed up in September, and received my 2 first crates pretty quick! However my October crate has yet to be sent out. The snacks are a great surprise of foreign goods, some bad but lots of good.

Paid SnackCrate and Still Waiting

I ordered a one-time snackcrate box on 08-08-2020. It immediately appears as an on-going monthly perpetual charge of $78 per month. On 08-10-2020, I cancel the order by email. Snack Crate assures me by email and by chat that I will receive the money back in 10 business days. On 08-21-2020, I ask where is my refund? It is 10-22-2020. Still waiting. I was supposed to receive an e-code to mail as a gift. Even if I was sent a code today, I would be afraid that this would be perceived as a license to charge anything on my credit card. I just want my initial money back. It's Nov. 12. No refund still. No product still.
